when you go to doctor, you see handsome and young smart boys and girls waiting in chamber. do you know who are they, they are representing some pharma company,s. they bear tie, white shirt and different color pants and speak English.every body dreams that he or she will be a MR one day. I too got fascinated and joined one of the best company alembic.
are you aware how much they are exploited?
they work for a salary even less than a peon in govt service.they work from morning to night, there is no fixed hourly service.their life is always in danger if they are married their wife waits for them and pray to God that they return safely.
they know their child from sleeping size not the heights as because when they return child is asleep.
and what about their career- when they become 35-40 they are being shown door.
these company fleece their youth and throw them telling now you are no longer able to work as if they are condoms use and throw. no social security and no life security. if they die while working company's boss ask the informer find out if there is any order in their bag and fax them postage will be paid by us.
govt too is reluctant to accept them as their citizen and come out with some concrete proposal for their security of job.
are you aware that more than 10 lacs people are pursuing this job astonishing is it not?

Bihar a developing state in India, this was a dream of millions of people who are resident here, i too a same. Recently after Mr Nitish Kumar took over as chief minister things started emerging Patna and its other districts got linked with new and motor able roads. Patna also started widening its roads, fly overs started being built, it appears in next two three years everything will be fine.

 Safety was a prime concern for people since during RJD regime kidnapping as industry flourished. People those who were key kidnappers became MLA,MP and ministers.Today when you move in city one will find that fears have replaced with happiness on the face of people. People started moving out late and even at 11 pm stream of persons can be seen.

    You go further, business too grew and spending power also increased. Roads to other districts too got connected with capitals.

As you are aware that until villages are not connected to town economy and quality of life will not improve.

Mr Nitish kumar worked in this direction. He started taking decisions quick. Administration become alert and people friendly too. Even corrupt officers who were sitting on files for months too realised to pass the projects and get started the work else they will not survive. Work or quit this was the Motto.

I remember four years back when there was rainfall ,water used to stagnate for months but today it is drained out within half an hour in Patna. We expect that in coming years we may not have to face the same problem that is wading in knee deep water to bring household goods.

  Several entrepreneurs have opted to start new ventures and big industrialists too have promised to invest.

  But recent flood has created havoc and affected life of more than two million people but promptness have saved lives. If you compare life lost number is meagre, we expect that we will bounce back and restore everything which have been lost sans life. We pray for them. We got cooperation from all over the country. 

 My request is to those people who are in other countries - 

Can you think to do something so that more jobs can be generated to stop people going outside state. 

            Please think over it and invest in Bihar as much as possible. The state needs you.

Segments which needs your attention 

Education-every year several lac student go outside for higher education, can you come and start engg college, medical college, management institute or other technical colleges so that this student Exodus can be stopped. 

I am giving a rough calculation about money going out

  coaching for student-200000student x approx Rs  200000= Rs 4000 crore

  fees+ hostel+foods - engg.- 50000x4 lac= 2000 crore

              expenses on management 30000x 6.5 lacs=1950 crore

Plus on other education,parents to and fro journey cost.

All these money going out everywhere specially Karnataka, Maharashtra, Delhi, Kota,Chennai and other states.

The next segment concerns Healthcare . 

we have good Doctors and Nurses but lack in super speiality Hospitals hence millions of rupees are going outside every year where better facilities are avaialble rather one will find that these hospitals are managed by Bihari doctors only.

you can join in this endeaviur to start big multispaciality hospitals in bihar even 100 hospitals will be less. think how you can help and you too can grow.

Why as an entrepreneur non resident Bihari can think about investing here. Kindly read it and if it awakes you please respond.
